Physiotherapy

We provide evidence based physiotherapy assessment and treatment to obtain optimal outcomes. You can expect to understand your diagnosis  (what is wrong) and a prognosis (how long it will take to get better). The appointment is likely to involve hands on treatment, advice and exercises to make the progress you desire. We will sensitively care and motivate you with the ambition to return you to a level of performance you require.

Teenagers and Young People

We feel passionately about keeping young people engaged in their activity/sport and are determined not to let injury get in the way. We believe good physical habits start young and can help young people process challenges in a healthy framework

If you feel your young person needs support or motivating to partake in some structured exercise and does not have an injury we can also help.

Home Visit

If you are unable to leave your home, or maybe just short of time to factor in travelling to physio, we are pleased to offer domiciliary visits.

Older People

If you are noticing a change in how your body is functioning and wanting to optimise yourself as you grow older, we can help. You may have noticed this as a gradual decline or maybe as a result of a fall or accident. Be confident to seek support from us, together we can make a plan and make a difference

Sports Injuries

We recognise the importance of sport and movement for good physical and mental health. With a wealth of experience working with elite individuals we are well equipped at treating patients and returning them into the performance arena. We recognise the impact of injury on mental health, and we will sensitivity monitor this throughout the journey

Womens Health comes in different packages of care depending upon the chapter of life you find yourself in.

Women in Sport

With a wealth of sports knowledge, Anna is passionate about blending Women in Sport into Women’s Health. Maybe you need some structure to your exercise approach and don’t know where to start, or developed an injury whilst exercising. Or you may find you are having trouble with incontinence whilst exercising. We are here to support Women sensitively in every capacity

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant and wondering how to cope with the changes in your body and optimise your activity levels, or cope with niggles. There is a lot you can do to manage your body and mind at this time of change.

Post Partum
